1. Shipping Coverage

Saaka Life Sciences ships Saaka Sampoorna products (A2 Ghee and Cold Pressed Oils) across India. We currently deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in the country.

Coverage Areas:

  • All major cities and metro areas
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Most rural and remote areas (where courier services are available)

During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your PIN code. If your area is not serviceable, we'll notify you before payment.

6. Packaging

We take special care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:

  • Protective Packaging: All glass bottles and containers are wrapped with bubble wrap and cushioning material
  • Sturdy Boxes: Products are packed in corrugated boxes designed for safe transit
  • Leak-Proof: Extra sealing for liquid products to prevent leakage
  • Temperature Control: Appropriate packaging for products like ghee to maintain quality during transit
  • Tamper-Evident: All packages are sealed with tamper-evident tape

7. Delivery Process

What to Expect

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery to your provided address
  • You'll receive a call/SMS before delivery
  • Signature may be required upon delivery
  • If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times

Delivery Instructions

For a smooth delivery experience:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include landmarks if your location is hard to find
  • Provide a working mobile number
  • Be available at the delivery address during business hours (9 AM - 7 PM)

8. Delivery Acceptance

IMPORTANT: Inspect Before Accepting

Please inspect your package before accepting delivery. Check for any visible damage to the box or signs of tampering.

If Package is Damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package appears severely damaged
  • Take photos of the damaged package
  • Contact us immediately at info@saakalifescience.in or +91 123 456 7890
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or refund

After Accepting Delivery:

  • Open the package and verify all items
  • Check for any damage to products inside
  • Report any issues within 24 hours with photos
  • Keep all packaging materials until you've verified the contents

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts:

  • You'll be notified via SMS and email
  • Package may be held at the local courier office for pickup
  • You can reschedule delivery by contacting the courier
  • If not collected within 7 days, the package will be returned to us
  • Returned packages may incur re-shipping charges for re-delivery

10. Shipping Restrictions

While we strive to deliver everywhere in India, there are some limitations:

  • Non-serviceable Areas: Remote locations where courier services are unavailable
  • High-Risk Areas: Regions with ongoing security concerns
  • PO Box Addresses: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
  • International: Currently, we do not ship outside India

You can verify serviceability at checkout by entering your PIN code.

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with family members or neighbors who might have accepted it
  2. Check around your property (front porch, garage, etc.)
  3. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  4. Contact the courier using the tracking number
  5. If still not found, contact us within 48 hours of marked delivery

We'll investigate with the courier and take appropriate action, which may include replacement or refund.

12. Holidays and Special Occasions

During festivals, public holidays, and sale periods:

  • Order volumes may be higher than usual
  • Processing and delivery times may be extended by 1-3 days
  • We'll notify you if your order is affected
  • No deliveries on national holidays (courier offices closed)
