1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged Products: Products received in damaged, broken, or leaking condition
- Wrong Products: Products that are different from what you ordered
- Quality Issues: Products with quality defects or contamination
- Expired Products: Products that have expired or are close to expiration (within 1 month of expiry)
- Sealed Condition: Unopened and sealed products only (except for damaged or quality issues)
Return Timeline
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food and personal care products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (unless defective or damaged upon delivery)
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging and labels
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and reason for return
- Attach Photos: For damaged or defective products, attach clear photos showing the issue
- Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
- Return Shipping: Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
Important Notes:
- Do not ship products back without prior approval
- Keep all original packaging, labels, and accessories
- Products must be in their original condition
- Return shipping costs may apply (except for damaged/defective items)
4. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned product, we will:
- Inspect the product to verify the condition and reason for return
- Check that all items, packaging, and labels are included
- Verify eligibility based on our return policy
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
The inspection process typically takes 2-3 business days after we receive the returned product.
5. Refund Processing

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The refund will include:

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection
- Product is returned with missing components
- Product is returned with damaged packaging (not due to shipping)
- Product is returned more than 7 days after delivery but within 10 days
6. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product. Replacements are subject to:
- Product availability in stock
- Same conditions as return eligibility
- Faster processing (typically 3-5 business days)
- No additional shipping charges for our errors
To request a replacement instead of a refund, please mention this when contacting us.
7. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping
- Our Error: We cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or wrong products
- Customer's Request: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs if returning for personal reasons
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Recommendation
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of shipment.
8. Cancellations
Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. To cancel:

After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return following our return process.
